Contemporary Women’s Health is a unique group of all-women board-certified physicians who are dedicated to excellence in healthcare at every stage of a woman’s life. Furthermore, The 21st Century Women’s Health Act would help ensure that women are not wrongly forced to pay more for health care services now covered under the Affordable Care Act by creating a reporting database for women to inform Health and Human Services of inappropriate charges.
These primary care providers all have demonstrated training beyond their traditional field of expertise, ensuring the incorporation of ambulatory, gynecologic care, mental health screening, and assessment for interpersonal violence, for example, into routine health care.

Maternal mortality is the number one cause of death for adolescents 15-19 years old and in many countries, sexual and reproductive health services tend to focus exclusively on married women and ignore the needs of adolescents and unmarried women ( Gehner, Chaib &Abraham, 2009 ). This is not effective for the healthcare rights and basic human rights to reproductive care.
