A person struggling with his or her mental health may experience stress, depression , anxiety , relationship problems, grief , addiction , ADHD or learning disabilities , mood disorders , or other mental illnesses of varying degrees. Usually, they are required to be part of a team of professionals whose expertise lie in mental health care These include arts and occupational therapists, psychologists, general practitioners, social workers, health care assistants and sometimes, social workers.
