If you want to exercise hygiene especially with your mouth, you must floss and brush your teeth at regular intervals. The recommended interval is for everyone to brush as regular as they eat. You should fight any bacterial infection from your mouth by keeping it clean as you brush and floss. If you need to keep your teeth strong and have healthy gums make flossing a habit for you.
